Delete your Saathi account
You can delete your Saathi account and the data linked to it at any time. This page is published by Saathi Technologies Private Limited, the developer of the Saathi app.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Saathi and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You are signed out on all devices and your profile disappears from Saathi straight away.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, send a request through our online form (choose "My personal data or privacy") or email privacy@saathi.app from the email address on your account. Include the mobile number you signed up with. We may send a one-time password to that number to confirm it is you, and we act on verified requests within 7 days.
What is deleted, and when

Changed your mind?
Contact support@saathi.app within 30 days and we can restore your account. After that, your content is gone for good, and you can sign up again as a new member with the same phone number.
Just want a break?
Instead of deleting, you can pause your profile in Settings so you are hidden from new people while keeping your matches and chats. You can also download a copy of your data from Settings → Download my data.
